عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ قِيلَ : وَمَنْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : الَّذِي لَا يَأْمَنُ جَارُهُ بَوَايِقَهُ(بُخاری شریف:۶۰۱۶)

Translation

Hazrat Abu Shuraih narrates that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, by God he is not a Muslim, by God he is not a Muslim, by God he is not a Muslim. It was submitted, who, O Messenger of Allah? He said, the one whose neighbor is not safe from his harm. (Nasr al-Bari)
