أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَرْمِي رَجُلٌ رَجُلاً بِالْفُسُوقِ، وَلاَ يَرْمِيهِ بِالْكُفْرِ، إِلاَّ ارْتَدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ، إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ صَاحِبُهُ كَذَلِكَ ‏"‏‏.‏(بُخاری شریف ۶۰۴۵)

Translation

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No one accuses another of transgression (Fisq), nor does he accuse him of disbelief (Kufr), but the accusation turns back upon him, if the person who was accused is not as accused." (Tuhfat-ul-Qari)
