عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: لَا تَعِبْ عَلَى مَنْ صَامَ، وَلَا عَلَى مَنْ أَفْطَرَ، قَدْ صَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي السَّفَرِ وَأَفْطَرَ(مسلم: ۱۱۱۳)

Translation

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that he said: Do not find fault with the one who fasted (during a journey), and nor (find fault) with the one who left the fast, in reality, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sometimes fasted during a journey, and (sometimes) left the fast.
