Translation
Hazrat Auf ibn Malik (R.A) says that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah Almighty will not gather two swords against this Ummah; one sword from the Muslims themselves and the other sword from their enemies. (Abu Dawud)
Explanation: "Saifayn" (two swords) means that two swords will not be gathered upon this Ummah at the same time. If there is war with the enemy and Jihad in the way of Allah, then there will be no internal war among themselves (yes, if a group of hypocrites joins the disbelievers, then two swords will be gathered), and if there is no war and Jihad against the enemy, then they will fight among themselves.
