عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : لَعَنَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ(باب الْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ)

Translation

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the woman who joins artificial hair (to her own or someone else's), the woman who asks for artificial hair to be joined, the woman who tattoos, and the woman who asks to be tattooed. (Nasr-ul-Bari)
