No Qasr in Maghrib and Witr

Some people set out on a Shari'i journey (whose distance is approximately seventy-seven and a half kilometers), so they think that there is Qasr in Maghrib and Witr as well, meaning only two Rak'ats of them should be prayed. However, this is not the case, the Maghrib and Witr prayers during a journey are exactly three Rak'ats each, there is no Qasr in them. (Aham Masail/Vol:7/Pg:77)
