Eating Suhoor in a state of Janabah (impurity).

Zaid went to sleep after offering the Isha prayer, by chance there were only 5-10 minutes left for the Suhoor time to end when he experienced a wet dream (Ihtilam), so in such a situation, he should eat Suhoor first, and after that, he should perform Ghusl (ritual bath) and offer the Fajr prayer. Eating Suhoor in a state of Janabah and the starting of the fasting time does not invalidate the fast. (Kitab-un-Nawazil/Vol:6/Page:372)
