What are the rights of a neighbor?

A neighbor has many rights over another neighbor. It is mentioned in the noble Hadith that a good neighbor is a sign of good fortune. The rights of a neighbor are: (1) To treat them with kindness, (2) Not to cause them any harm, (3) To send them gifts occasionally, (4) If they give a gift, do not consider it insignificant; rather, accept it with a happy heart, (5) Desire for your neighbor what you desire for yourself, (8) Overlook the minor mistakes and troubles caused by neighbors, etc. (Kitab an-Nawazil/Vol: 15/Pg: 184)
