Consuming bidi, cigarette, tobacco, etc.?

There is no intoxication in tobacco, bidi, cigarettes, etc.; however, due to its intensity, sometimes the head starts spinning. And since it is a foul-smelling thing and a source of annoyance to others, its use for pleasure is Makruh (disliked). Yes, if a person uses it for the treatment of an illness, there is an allowance for it in Shariah; but it is necessary to clean the mouth thoroughly before going to the mosque.
