Boundaries of pubic hair and the method of cleaning them?

It is necessary to clean the hair below the navel, on its right and left, similarly down to the testicles and the buttocks, and all the hair around the private parts. It is better and Sunnah to shave it with a razor or blade, etc. Besides this, cleaning it with any medicine, soap, or powder, etc., or cutting it with scissors is also permissible. This cleaning is appropriate every Friday; if there is no opportunity for this, then the cleaning should be done within fifteen days. And leaving these hairs for 40 days is Makruh Tahrimi (strictly prohibited). (Kitab an-Nawazil/Vol: 15/Pg: 547)
