Method of applying Surma?

Three methods of applying Surma are mentioned in the noble Ahadith:

(1) Applying three strokes in each eye.

(2) Applying three strokes in the right eye and two strokes in the left eye.

(3) First applying two strokes in each eye, then applying one shared stroke between both eyes. (Kitab an-Nawazil/Vol: 16/Pg: 484)
