How is eating and drinking after the first Adhan of Jumu'ah?

The first Adhan of Jumu'ah has been given the status of the second Adhan; this is the relied-upon opinion (Mufti Bihi Qawl), as stated in Al-Hidayah, Ash-Shami, and Fath al-Qadir. Therefore, after the first Adhan, proceeding (Sa'ee) for Jumu'ah is necessary, and every action that contradicts this proceeding falls under the ruling of trade (buying and selling). And buying and selling is Makruh Tahrimi (prohibitively disliked), therefore whatever falls under its ruling will also be Makruh Tahrimi. (Book: Habib al-Fatawa / Vol: 2 / Pg: 97)
