Muhaqqaq Masala

After Asr in a recitation gathering or in any other gathering, when the Holy Quran is being recited, it is obligatory (Wajib) upon the listeners to listen to the recitation of the Quran, and at the time of Quran recitation, every such permissible (Mubah) act is also forbidden and impermissible which interferes with the listening of the recitation, let alone talking about worldly matters and playing games on the mobile at the time of Quran recitation; because in themselves, both these things are forbidden in the mosque, and due to interfering with the listening of the Quran recitation, further vileness and evil comes into it. Therefore, it is necessary for the general worshippers, especially dear students, to abstain from such things. (Aham Masail / Vol: 3 / Pg: 277)
