You used to believe in patience (Sabr),

You were inclined towards the will of your Lord (Rab),

Then why these complaints?

Tell me, why these grievances?

Yes, I too understand human nature,

That there is a deep sorrow,

Many tears well up,

Many complaints take root,

There is a continuous restlessness...

There is a turmoil of many emotions...

But the oath of thanking Allah in every situation that you took,

Tell me... did you fulfill it?

Have you found anyone here,

Who is more sincere than your Lord?
