حدیث الرسول ﷺ :

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَرْمِي رَجُلٌ رَجُلاً بِالْفُسُوقِ، وَلاَ يَرْمِيهِ بِالْكُفْرِ، إِلاَّ ارْتَدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ، إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ صَاحِبُهُ كَذَلِكَ ‏"‏‏.‏(بُخاری شریف ۶۰۴۵)

Translation:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: No man accuses another man of wickedness (Fisq), nor does he accuse him of disbelief (Kufr), but it (the accusation) reverts back to him, if the person who was accused is not like that! (Tuhfat-ul-Qari)
