Why Look at Something That Causes Punishment:

Hazrat Ghazwan (Rahimahullah) was participating in a battle when a girl came in front of him. He happened to look at her, then he raised his hand and slapped his own eye so hard that the girl also ran away (out of fear). He then addressed his eye and said:

(Beware!) You look at something that will put you into trouble (in the Hereafter).
