At present, a massive debate is going on on social media regarding the apostasy (Irtidad) of Muslim girls. It is not known whether the number of these incidents is as high as is being described, or if it is only as much as we sometimes have to pay in India or any non-Muslim society due to our own shortcomings.

In any case, Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri (may Allah have mercy on him) states that:

The apostasy of even a single Muslim is a great calamity (Musibat-e-Kubra) for Muslims, especially the apostasy of women.

Refuge with Allah! Refuge with Allah! It will be highly destructive. May God forbid that this kind of movement penetrates among women.

The apprehension expressed by Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri a century ago has today assumed the form of reality and is stinging the Muslim society. The growing fitnah of apostasy among Muslim girls has shaken the very roots of Muslim society. The speed with which the fitnah of apostasy is spreading among Muslim girls is a matter of reflection and contemplation. There is a need to formulate a permanent course of action and work at the ground level regarding the prevention of the fitnah of apostasy and the protection and survival of faith, and there is a need to resolve those causes and reasons about which talks have been going on for decades; but no satisfactorily successful effort to resolve them is visible on the surface. Those gentlemen who are prepared for the prevention of the fitnah of apostasy either have very limited reach or their resources prevent them from working on a large scale. Those who possess both these things have not yet included this fitnah of apostasy in their priorities; although the fitnah of apostasy is such a terrible deadly poison that is not only pushing the Muslim society towards humiliation and ruin, but because of it, the future generation can also become distant and weary of the religion of Islam.

A Research Review:

(1) Systematically, a team of such Hindu youths has been prepared who are funded, whose sole job is to ruin Muslim girls in the name of love. These people first get close to a Muslim girl in the name of sympathy, then deceive her with love, promise marriage, and then the stage of sexual exploitation begins.

(2) Those Muslim girls who are somewhat cautious due to a religious mindset or home upbringing, the help of other non-Muslim girls is taken to control them; those girls make friends with that girl and then introduce her to non-Muslim boys.

(3) Through mobile and Xerox shops as well, the numbers of Muslim girls, their photos, and other information are being forwarded to those boys who are engaged in this work.

(4) Wealth and money are also being used ruthlessly to entice Muslim girls and trap them in the web of deceit.

Prevention:

This situation is so critical that it needs immediate attention; the water is rising not just above the head but above the roof, for which a few things are necessary:

(1) According to the Islamic system, Muslim girls should be made to adhere to the veil (Pardah), and the spirit of modesty (Haya), chastity, and protection of honor should be created in them.

(2) Our girls should be saved from the co-education system, and the girls who are studying in schools and colleges, their religious education and training should be taken care of.

Love Jihad, apostasy of Muslim girls, precautions, measures, and course of action.

(3) No opportunity should be given to mix with stranger boys in the name of tuition classes.

(4) They should also be stopped from befriending non-Muslim girls.

(5) Parents should marry off their daughters on time and not delay in the name of education; because inclination towards the opposite sex is a natural demand; therefore, at least perform the marriage, the rest of the work can be done later so that the girl becomes peaceful.

(6) End the curse of dowry and wedding processions (Barat) so that marriage can become easy; Islamic scholars should boycott weddings involving dowry.

(7) My request to the boys is that if a girl wants to continue her education after marriage, they should permit her so that education does not become an obstacle in marriage.

Course of Action:

(1) Take the phones away from your children's hands.

(2) Make your grown-up children bound to work by making their daily schedule of actions and stay away from phones during times other than necessity.

(3) Children should not go out without the permission of their home, and the father should give permission only after thorough investigation and satisfaction.

(4) No work should be done without the permission of the father and mother.

(5) The guardians of the house should take and keep everyone's phones before sleeping at night.

(6) Assuredly give religious education at some time in the domestic schedule of actions.

Final Word:

From the Islamic point of view, faith (Iman) alone is the foundation of all our deeds and the master key to all struggles and endeavors, without which every deed is baseless. It is the primary source of our satiation, without which the reality of our works remains nothing more than a mirage; because they appear to be works to look at, but are fruitless in terms of spiritual effects and results. Affirmation of God's existence and the attainment of His pleasure is the sole purpose and objective of our deeds.

Because the purpose of my life is the supremacy of Your religion. May Allah Almighty protect the Muslim Ummah. Ameen!

The Palestinian issue and our responsibilities

The Palestinian issue and our responsibilities

In the introduction of the famous book "Hayat al-Muslimin" by Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (may Allah have mercy on him), a significant preface titled "Tashil-e-Muqaddamah" written by Mufti Muhammad Shafi (may Allah have mercy on him) is included. In this, Hazrat Mufti Sahib writes about the restlessness, anxiety, and deep concern of Hazrat Thanvi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the decline and downfall of the Islamic world and Muslims: "Wherever a calamity befell Muslims or news of any distress arrived, he would begin to consume himself with grief just as a compassionate father would grieve over a calamity striking his biological children. A dagger strikes someone else, but we writhe in pain, Ameer, The pain of the entire world resides within our heart. From this, one can estimate how a person possessing such feelings could find peace and rest in this era of tribulations? I myself have repeatedly witnessed that whenever a tribulation arose among Muslims that threatened their religious or worldly destruction, Hazrat's health system would become disrupted, and weakness and exhaustion would appear in his physical strength. During one such time of tribulation, he himself remarked: 'If the thought of the current state of Muslims and its consequences comes to mind before eating, hunger disappears, and if it comes before sleeping, sleep vanishes.'" (Reference: Hayat al-Muslimin, p. 7, published by Maktabat al-Mizan) Those who have been blessed with the true reality of knowledge by the grace and mercy of Allah Almighty have always maintained this approach—they considered the issues of Muslims across the entire world as their own and remained anxious about them in every aspect. Dozens, rather hundreds, of such examples can be found among the elder scholars and pious elders of Islam. In the context of this matter, today we must evaluate ourselves keeping the issue of Palestine in front of us: what is the level of our concern and anxiety regarding this most critical issue? Are we doing whatever we can? Are we praying for the people of Palestine in the same way we would pray if, God forbid, our own children, parents, or siblings were caught in some adversity...? Supplication (Dua) is the weapon of a believer; use this weapon, and with a painful heart, with humility and lowliness, become a personification of prayer for your oppressed and subdued brothers. May Allah grant us the ability and grant the people of Palestine deliverance from oppression and tyranny. Ameen. -------- Written by Abu Muadh Rashid Hussain ---------- (Narrated)
