A claim has emerged regarding the presence of a temple in the Ajmer Dargah. Syed Naseeruddin Chishti, the successor of the Deewan, stated that they respect the court's decision, but do not consider claims of a temple in every dargah and mosque to be appropriate. He mentioned that this is part of the judicial process and they will present their stance firmly. The court has scheduled the next hearing of the case for December 20, sending notices to the Dargah Committee, the Ministry of Minority Affairs, and the Archaeological Department.
