"Innama ashku baththi wa huzni ilallah" (I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah).

It is natural for a human to feel sad over the trials of life.

The accountability is on what your reaction was to this emotion.

Did you lose hope in Allah?

Or did you become so bitter over the pain inflicted by someone that you started being harsh with more people and began committing excesses against them?

This is a matter of sin.

One should try to heal from their traumas.

One should pray to Allah and not vent that anger on people.

Seek forgiveness (Tawbah) from Allah ♥️💯
