Sending meat along with red chillies and charcoal.

Some people wave red-yellow water (by mixing lime and turmeric in water) over a person, similarly, some people, to remove the evil eye, wave twigs of a broom over a person and burn them, and some people, when sending meat etc. from outside, keep red chilli and charcoal along with it, and say that by keeping these along, there is no effect of Satan and Jinn; these things are impermissible and belong to the category of false superstitions, Muslims must abstain from them.
