The wisdom behind increasing the broth (Shorba)?

When meat broth is prepared, the effects and properties of the meat are transferred into the broth. Therefore, those who do not have access to meat pieces can obtain the same benefits as meat by using the broth. This is why the Prophet (peace be upon him) emphasized increasing the broth. Furthermore, when there is more broth, the food will be sufficient for more people, and it will be easier to send some to the neighbors. (Book: Kitab an-Nawazil / Vol: 16 / Pg: 100)
