Gaza, October 18, 2025 (Agencies) – The brutal aggression of the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip continues uninterrupted, which is not only an insult to human lives but also an open violation of international laws. Despite the ceasefire agreement, the Israeli army once again demonstrated its brutality by targeting a civilian vehicle, in which 11 members of the same family were martyred. This attack once again violated the ceasefire agreement enforced since October 10, 2025, which is the worst example of Israeli aggression.
The Center for Human Rights, in its latest statement, has strongly condemned this inhumane behavior of the Israeli army. According to the statement, "This action of the occupying Israeli forces is an open desecration of human lives and a serious violation of international humanitarian laws. Israel, completely ignoring its responsibilities, is unleashing mountains of tyranny and oppression on the Palestinian people."
The center further revealed that since the ceasefire, the Israeli army has carried out 129 attacks and firing incidents, resulting in the martyrdom of 34 Palestinians and injuring 122 others. The most heartbreaking incident occurred on October 17 in the Al-Zaytoun area of eastern Gaza, where the Israeli army attacked a common civilian vehicle. This vehicle was carrying members of the Abu Sha'ban family, in which all 11 people, including 7 innocent children and 2 women, were martyred. This attack is not only a crime against humanity but also a clear proof of the Israeli army's brutality and its organized policy against the Palestinian people.
Global Reaction:
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas condemned the attacks, saying: "This is a violation of the agreement, which is an obstacle in the path of peace." US President Donald Trump demanded Israel to respect the ceasefire, while the European Union demanded an investigation into human rights violations. The Hamas spokesman said: "We are committed to the safety of our people and will respond to Israel's aggression."
These attacks are further devastating the Gaza Strip, where millions of people are waiting for humanitarian aid. The international community is urged to increase pressure on Israel so that the ceasefire is fully implemented.
"These attacks are an insult to humanity, which are blurring the hopes of peace." — Palestinian Center for Human Rights
The oppressed Palestinian people of Gaza are currently facing a severe humanitarian crisis. An acute shortage of food and water has made their lives miserable. The aid convoys requested by the United Nations and the international community are unable to reach the victims due to Israeli blockades, making the situation even worse. Since October 2023, as a result of Israeli aggression, 67,967 Palestinians have been martyred and 170,179 have been injured, reflecting the horror of this conflict.
Hamas has called on the United States and other mediators to pressure Israel to respect the ceasefire agreement and stop its aggressive actions against the Palestinian people. This voice of the Palestinian people is shaking the conscience of the international community to raise its voice against this injustice and bring justice to the people of Gaza.
This tale of Israeli aggression is not limited to statistics alone, but it is a tale written with the blood of innocent children, women, and the elderly. The international community is urged not to remain a silent spectator to this tyranny and to raise its voice for justice for the Palestinian people.
